The company specially organized the "Guangdong Heyuan" team-building activities for nearly 110 people from December 7 to December 8 2019. Through the activities, make new employees can quickly integrate into the team, find a sense of collective belonging, strengthen the communication between employees, and enrich the training content. At 7:30 in the morning on December 7, more than 110 people gathered in the company downstairs and divided into 10 groups. At the same time, we sing on the road, jokes, and other links into the team's laughter. After a 2.5-hour car trip, we arrived at the first stop: Restaurant. At noon, we exchange feelings with each other. After tasting delicious food, we started the tour of team building construction.
The first project is "Encouraging Flying". Each team member pulls two ropes, one team member picks up the ball, and the others make the ball bounce on the drum surface In this competition, the third group of power teams got 100 points and 98 rebounds.
The second project "Keep Going", drop the golf ball into the designated barrel.
The third project"Radical Radial",600 cycles together, inspiring the importance of communication and collaboration between teams, and letting everyone deeply understand that one's power is limited Strength is indestructible, and the success of the team requires the joint efforts of each of us!
In each project, the employees cooperate tacitly, carried forward the spirit of selfless dedication, unity, and cooperation, help each other and encourage each other. This is the end of a day of intense and exciting team-building activities.
On day two, we came to the glass plank road of the Guishan scenic area, where we conquered fear and challenged ourselves in the sky.
As the saying goes, the same team can do anything and accomplish great things. There are various roles in a team, and everyone must find their own position because there is no perfect individual, only a perfect team!
